Shipping Charges: We seek to match our shipping charges to those that shippers will actually charge. We are not responsible for any difference between what you pay and the actual freight charged. Delivery: Orders generally ship within 24 hours of receipt except on weekends. Most of our products leave from the Detroit area; depending on the distance involved, you should receive them in three to six business days from the date of your order. International shipments may be subject to customs delays and fees which are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns: You may return items within 30 days of the invoice date, in original condition and original packaging. Unless the return results from our error, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. See “How to Make Returns” below. Damaged Goods: We are not responsible for damage to your shipment that is done by the carrier. Please report such damage to the carrier immediately, and then advise us so that we can provide any replacements needed. Other Defects:
